Free tracked delivery

DayHush currently offers free tracked standard delivery to the countries available at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 7–14 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, and address issues can extend delivery time.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your order and tracking information. You can also use our Track your order page with your order number and checkout email. The first carrier scan can take 24–72 hours to appear.

Third-party fulfillment

Some DayHush orders are shipped directly by third-party fulfillment partners. A single order may arrive in more than one parcel. Tracking information is provided for each parcel when available.

Addresses and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address before checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the parcel, first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier, then contact us.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
